This Privacy Policy explains how OceanWick Co., Ltd. ("OceanWick", "we", "us"), the operator of the DIVEROID brand and apps, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the DIVEROID applications and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, nickname/display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or log in (including via Sign in with Apple or other social logins).
• Dive and activity data — dive logs you create or that are recorded through connected devices and smartphone sensors (e.g. depth, duration, water temperature, dive site/location).
• Media content — photos and videos you capture, upload, store, or share through the Service.
• Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, identifiers, and app usage logs and diagnostics.
• Location data — where you enable it, to provide dive site information, maps, and to tag your logs and media.
• Support and inquiry data — information you provide when you contact us (e.g. email content).

Payments for any purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account;
• To record, analyze, and visualize your dives and media;
• To provide dive site, environmental, and map features;
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• To improve and develop our products, including aggregated and de-identified analytics;
• To ensure safety, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited cases:

• Service providers — cloud hosting (e.g. Amazon Web Services), analytics, and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
• At your direction — when you choose to share content publicly or with other users;
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

4. International Transfer

Our infrastructure may store and process data on servers located outside the Republic of Korea (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your information is protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate, legal purposes. When you delete your account, or when the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it without undue delay, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account within the app or by contacting us. To exercise these rights, contact help@diveroid.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption of passwords and protection of sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or this page, with an updated effective date.

결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 카드 전체 정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

• 서비스 및 계정의 제공·운영·유지
• 다이빙·미디어 기록, 분석 및 시각화 제공
• 다이브 포인트·환경·지도 기능 제공
• 문의 응대 및 고객 지원
• 제품 개선·개발(통계 및 비식별 분석 포함)
• 안전 확보, 부정이용 방지 및 법령 준수

3. 개인정보의 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 아래의 제한된 경우에만 제공·처리위탁합니다.

• 수탁사 — 클라우드 호스팅(예: Amazon Web Services), 분석, 인프라 파트너 등 회사를 대신해 적절한 보안·비밀유지 의무 하에 처리하는 경우
• 이용자의 선택 — 이용자가 콘텐츠를 공개하거나 다른 이용자와 공유하기로 선택한 경우
• 법적 요구 — 법령, 규제 또는 적법한 절차에 따라 요구되는 경우

4. 국외 이전

회사의 인프라는 대한민국 외(예: 미국)에 위치한 서버에 데이터를 저장· 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 본 방침과 관련 법령에 따라 개인정보가 보호되도록 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

5. 개인정보의 보유·이용 기간

회사는 서비스 제공 및 적법한 목적에 필요한 기간 동안만 개인정보를 보유합니다. 계정을 삭제하거나 개인정보가 더 이상 필요하지 않게 된 경우, 관련 법령에서 더 긴 보유를 요구하지 않는 한 지체 없이 파기하거나 익명화합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 앱 내에서 또는 회사에 문의하여 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 help@diveroid.com으로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 만 14세 미만 아동

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 해당 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 제공된 것으로 확인되면 즉시 삭제하겠습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 비밀번호 암호화, 중요 데이터 보호 등 합리적인 관리적·기술적· 물리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송·저장 방식도 완전히 안전할 수는 없으며, 회사는 이용자의 정보를 보호하기 위해 노력합니다.

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스 또는 본 페이지를 통해 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.
